Agrimony

If it be leyd under a man's heed
he shall sleepen as he wer deed
he shall never drede ne wakyn
till from under his heed it be takyn

Against ague

Ague I thee defy
Three days shiver
Three days shake
Make me well for Jesus' sake


Perywynke

Perywyke is an erbe of grene colour;
In tyme of May he bereth blo flour.
His stakys ain so feynt and feye
Yet never more growyth he hay.

Elder

Bour tree, bour tree, crooked rong
Never straight and never strong
Ever bush and never tree
Since our Lord was nailed on thee
